The Libbs Bay Boat Club is a non-profit social club formed in 1975 through the combination of the Tonka Boat Club Inc, (with respect to Outlot 1; dated June 23, 1967) and Tonkaha Heights Homeowners Association (Outlot #2). Through a formal joint venture agreement and the establishment of the bylaws, eligible properties (listed below) have agreed to create and maintain facilities for the purposes of boat slippage.
Boats of 24’ or smaller may be docked at the club facilities. Only homeowners may dock their boats (per the bylaws, renters may not have access to the facilities).
In addition to maintaining the facilities and providing docking rights to eligible members in good standing, the club frequently gathers for fun social activities at the shoreline to enjoy eachothers company and the wonderful access to Libbs Lake.
