Membership Status

Libbs Bay Boat Club is governed by By-Laws, all members are required to comply and pay their annual dues. These members are in “good standing”.

Members in good standing are able to

• enjoy the dock and lakeshore facilities
• advertise their properties for sale with dock and lakeshore rights
• transfer their current year membership in good standing, to new owners
• chose a slip based on membership seniority

Members not in good standing

• have the same rights as non-members, excepting deeded access to the lake as stated in their property title

Non-members

• cannot enjoy the dock and lakeshore facilities
• cannot advertise their properties for sale with dock and lakeshore rights
• cannot transfer their membership in good standing status to new owners
• non-members can apply for membership after paying an application fee of $15,000
• 2976 Tonkaha Dr. is not a member
• 2990 Tonkaha Dr. is not a member

Membership status and fees are subject to change. If you require confirmation of status or fee level please contact the club Commodore at Libbsbayboatclub@gmail.com. Currently all members are in good standing.
